 With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in Aerospace Engineering, Founder and CEO Crystal L. Jackson made the bold decision to step away from her role and launch The CLJackson Group in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic .  Throughout her tenure, she held the role of Chief of Staff at a leading Aerospace Technology company, where she provided strategic leadership to help manage a workforce of over 13,000 employees and operations that generated $6.2 billion in sales. She also led a team of more than 250 engineers in the successful development of a radar solution for a military platform that contributed $140 million in annual revenue.

  The CLJackson Group culture is founded on two key principles for project success: "Safely" and "Swiftly." These principles, driven by passion, critical thinking, and problem-solving, are the same ones used to ensure the safe and swift return of the warfighter.
