Our team’s resources and methods are tailored to the highly-specific participants’ needs uncovered in the initial phase of assessment and we work within the setting (individual, group, or a combination of both) and with the resources that are ideal for the fastest resolution of the issue.
PLAN
In this quadrant of any project, our team members work with participants to devise a strategic and organized plan that takes micro and macro goals into account and creates a step-by-step blueprint for achieving them. Valuable information gathered in the first two quadrants ensure the planning process is highly specific to ensure the greatest chance of success. This quadrant also has a strong “team” element built in and is thus unifying and collective in nature (increasing and accelerating resolution and goal-meeting).
EXECUTE
This is where our team’s research, interrogative knowledge, and the strategic plan we help participants devise come together for application. Expertly-designed materials from the CLJackson workbook and planner make execution of any plan for any project manageable, organized, and strategically ordered for optimum achievement. Within this quadrant, reviews and assessments of progress are frequent and steady advancement towards goals and solutions are monitored and supported.
